- Your booking can be canceled or changed with NO CHARGE when the cancellation/amend/change booking received within 5 days prior to your arrival date.
- Discounted/promotional/coupon booking cannot be canceled or changed. This will incur deposit charge (one night) so no refund will be given.
- Failure to arrive at your hotel will be treated as a No-Show and no refund will be given.
This form will be forwarded to SEA Harmony Reservation Team and we will response your request within 24 hours
If you have not received our response/new conformation within 24 hours, it probably means we still not receive your request.
