Another Holiday in Hua Hin
Yah…hooooo we are taking another HOLIDAY
“ WE WERE TAKING ANOTHER HOLIDAY LAST WEEK”.
Last month we took holiday and stayed at HUA HIN Downtown, you probably recall my previous story on SEA Harmony website.
We reckon we should do it every month, this is such a great idea to explore around Hua Hin or Thailand and share our experiences.
We had been invited to take another holiday and stayed in "Khao Takiab resort” by the ex manager of this resort.
Flooding in Hua Hin
It has been announced from Hua Hin municipality early today about monitoring on Flooding in Hua Hin after ongoing raining two consecutive days,
The areas that affected by flood are Hua Hin 102, Hua hin City and Takiab. The photo below shows Takiab's flood canal where all southern water drain in to the sea. The water is almost full, only 30 cm to reach the edge!
Also there will be an luna eclipse tomorrow start from the end of Buddhist lent which mean it will impact on sea level tomorrow. This will make the situation getting worse. We hope the rain will stop soon and we also prepare to handle with water!!

Hua Hin Trip
Guess what Indy and I was doing last night ? We were taking holiday by staying overnight in Hua Hin City. This just reminds me about our life in Australia that we often take sleep in different place and in the city Melbourne CBD.
We started our journey from SEA Harmony ( Hua Hin ) to our city Hotel in town called “ Hua Hin Royal Pavilion “ Just right in the centre of Hua Hin near Night Market.

Hua Hin is one of the old premier beach city where you can travel easily by public transports or personal car only 200 KM form Bangkok. Hua Hin is one of the most popular getaway destination for Thais and foreigners. Known as " Royal City" where the current King and Queen stay at Klai Kang Won ( Far way from worries ) and many royal palace e.g. Khao Tao palce, Summer Palace of King Rama 6 and more!

After two years that we had been running around between SEA Harmony Guesthouse ( Takiab 6) and Yummy Corner (Takiab 5) doing all these stuffs ; cooking, brewing coffee, checkin, checkout, motorbike rental, organise trip, picking organic vegetables, cooking massaman curry, and many many more.
This week I am stop running around and focusing core business at SEA Harmony. I felt a little bit strange in the beginning and after doing this for a while I guess that I am staring to get used to this !

Hua Hin's Wet Time
The raining season lasts from July-October.Infact, we are experiencing mind rain in last couple days.However, Hua Hin does not suffer from the monsoon downpours that the north and south get. Since we have our guesthouse in Hua Hin we haven’t experienced a real heavy rain in Takiab yet. Perhaps Takiab has a good landscape where the peninsula surrounded by array of mountains so when the rain comes the wind bounced the rain back easily!
