Booking Terms and Conditions

The terms and conditions detailed below apply to all bookings whether made online at SEA Harmony Eco Lodge or made by website, telephone or in person.
When you book room(s) with us means you agreed with our terms and conditions below.
Rates
All rates are subject to availability and all bookings are taken at the discretion of SEA Harmony Eco lodge.
Your information
When you make a booking, your contract (which includes these terms and conditions) will be with SEA Harmony’ Collection and we are not permitting to give to any parties.
Your credit card details are kept securely with PayPal, the world most trusted and secured online company.
Payment
You will be asked to guarantee your booking by paying one night deposit with a debit or credit card. We accept American Express, MasterCard, Maestro, Visa & Visa Delta via Paypal.
A full non-refundable and non-transferable deposit payment is applied for promotional, seasonal and advance purchase rates at the time of booking.
One night deposit pre-payment is required, then the outstanding payment is due on your arrival by cash.
On your arrival at the hotel, all reservations will require ID Check or cash deposit to cover incidentals during your stay (if applicable).
Long stay or group booking
If you wish to stay with us longer than 5 days or group booking, please contact us for special arrangement.
What happens if you need to amend your booking?
Please check this condition before amend your booking.
Booking can be amended with NO CHARGE when the cancellation/amend/change booking received within 5 days prior to arrival date.
Discounted/promotional/coupon booking cannot be amend. This will incur deposit charge (one night) so no refund will be given.
Failure to arrive at your hotel will be treated as a No-Show and no refund will be given.

Dog Policy
We are happy to allow your dog to stay with us if you agree to follow this conditions
We accept dogs at an additional charge 300 B per stay
Only one dog allowed per room
there are two rooms that we allow a dog to stay: InnWhite and Garden room (not on the website in this stage)
If the dog(s) causes any damage or soiling, an additional housekeeping charge will be incurred.
Dog(s) must be kept on a lead at all times when in public areas of the hotels, including the grounds/gardens.
